Test Cases

A collection of nuclear medicine images, simulated with SIMIND and distributed in dicom format, to be used as referenced.

The purpose of this project is to provide test images in DICOM format for users to download and evaluate on their local clinical workstation. We believe there's a need for access to data for comparison, such as between sites in a clinical multi-center study. However, please note that the data published here is in its early stages and may be modified or even removed without notice. I need the page to remain open for my development and testing purposes.

All the studies below will been created for 60 and 120 projections in a 360-degree rotation mode, using both 3/8" and 5/8" NaI(Tl) crystal thicknesses. For each case, more detailed information about the acquisition and results will be found in the downloadable zip file as a 'readme' text file.

Currently, the files below have been password-protected because the page and content  still are in "work-in-progress" for internal use.
