5th Öresund Workshop on Radiotherapy, February 8-9, 2017

Bridging the gap

General information
The Öresund Workshop on Radiotherapy is a regional meeting for professionals and researchers, including Ph.D. students and their supervisors, within radiation oncology, biology and physics at the departments in Gothenburg, Lund, Rigshospitalet and Herlev. 

Venue
The 5th Öresund Workshop on Radiotherapy will take place at Elite Hotel Marina Plaza in Helsingborg, located only 2-5 minutes of walk from the central station in Helsingborg, and from where the ferry from Helsingör docks, see map here. More information about the city of Helsingborg can be found here.

Program
The meeting will start in the morning on Wednesday, February 8th, and end in the afternoon on Thursday, February 9th. Please find the program here.

Accomodation
You do NOT need to book a hotel room. Just indicate on the registration form whether you need a room or not.

Conference fee
The conference fee is up to 800DKK/1000SEK (depending on the amount of external funding), and includes all meals and one night stay at the hotel (from Wednesday to Thursday). Please note that registration is binding, and that the fee will be charged directly to the registrant's home department. Please also note that transportation is not included and must be arranged by the participants themselves.

Abstract

If you are willing to give a presentation in one of the proffered papers sessions, you are very welcome to submit an abstract on the registration page below. Please indicate on the registration form whether or not you accept that your abstract can be selected for group discussions. If selected, you will be given the opportunity to present your work in a smaller group, where there will be time for thorough discussions of the work, things you find problematic in the work, and/or issues that you would like input on.
